The location of the hotel near the train station was very convenient for exploring the city and going to the Gundam theme park. It was also walking distance from some great restaurants. the room and bathroom were clean, and the staff provided good service. the breakfast buffet had a good selection of food, and there was a nice view of the city from the higher floors.
The hotel lacked a business center, which made it difficult for business travelers like myself who didn't want to travel with a laptop.

Great location, only a few blocks from downtown and the train station. The room was clean and comfortable, with plush bedding that was perfect for a relaxing Christmas getaway. The breakfast buffet had a variety of delicious options, including fresh fruit and pastries.
the staff didn't seem very interested in helping guests with recommendations for nearby holiday events or activities. The hotel also lacked some of the amenities we were hoping for, like a swimming pool or fitness center.
